Our architects and contractors are experienced and ready to make it for you. They are some of the best in the business. On the other hand, you have the opportunity to bring your own team. The choice is yours.
MODBLOCK is here for you every step of the way.
Step 1: Sit with an architect to discuss your business needs and develop a schematic floor plan.
Step 2: Bring the schematic design to one of our General Contractors (GCs) for initial pricing guidance.
Step 3: The architect will make any desired design changes and then develop a full set of drawings ready to submit to the city for approval and permit.
Step 4: Bring these drawings to two or more GC’s for a competitive bid.
Step 5: Upon final city approval, the permit is ready, and the work can commence.The goal is to be ready to build out your space as soon as you purchase your condo.
MODBLOCK communities are managed by a condo association.The association is designed to be lean and efficient while also protecting the integrity of the community in which you have invested.The condominium owner’s association will take care of general community items such as landscaping, snow removal, trash, exterior lighting, and building-common capex, while maintaining fire monitoring and security for all owners.
Association costs are estimated to be $3.00/sf/year.
MODBLOCK Centennial business condos average approximately 3,100sf. There are a total of 27 condos. Our smallest condo is 1,150sf and our largest is 10,300. The units have been designed to easily combine or subdivide to provide business owners with maximum flexibility.
